Assemble your family, your friends, or your coworkers because it’s time to battle it out in The Showdown! We’ve developed this show to be fully customizable for your school, your business, or whatever the occasion for your next event. It’s the feud-style game show format everyone has come to know and love!
Here’s How It Works
Over the course of our 60-75 minute show, we bring 6 teams- a total of 24 contestants- up to the stage to compete. After a quick head-to-head at the Showdown podium, the winner can decide whether to play or pass to the other team. At the end of the round, the team with the highest score wins!
Throughout the show, the audience is split into two teams (yellow and blue) and are encouraged to support their teammates on-stage. We love to hear a resounding ‘Good answer!’ when your team is on the spot!
In the final round, our two top-scoring teams are invited to the Showdown round and have a chance to win even more cash for their team (and their side of the audience).
FAQs
How many people can participate?
We select a total of 24 people from the audience to be contestants on stage (12 from each side). The audience also plays a big part in the show by supporting their teammates on stage.
Can we change the prize package?
Absolutely! Our show includes $300 in prizes, but you can choose to add to that amount and our team will work out how to best distribute it (increased prizes for teams, audience ‘hype’ cash, etc.).
Is there audience participation?
Absolutely! The audience (split into yellow and blue teams) can help their team members on stage by showing their support. If their team wins, it could even earn them some cash so it pays to be engaged!
How long is the show?
The Showdown has a typical runtime of 60-75 minutes. This includes 4 rounds of general competition, as well as a final showdown round with our 2 top-performing teams.
Can we customize the questions?
Yes! We have the ability to fully customize the surveys throughout the show and have several custom shows already created! This is great for orientation, training, family weekends, or even engagement parties!
Can we add additional rounds?
Based on our 15 years of experience, we would discourage extending the length of the show. With that said, we’re happy to consult with you on the best options available based on your ideal event timeline.
